Attorney Tash Haq’s practice focuses exclusively on family law issues, including but not limited to divorce, child custody & visitation, spousal support, domestic violence restraining orders, move-away orders, out-of-state family law cases, and complex asset division trials. His practice is 100% devoted to family law.
Mr. Haq’s approach to providing representation to his clients is unique: he works in a collaborative relationship with other attorneys in the community to determine the best approach to resolving and achieving an outcome that would be beneficial for his client. Where other attorneys solely rely on their experience to determine a client’s case strategy, Attorney Haq firmly believes that it is always better to have a second opinion on the case from other attorneys.
The focus on family law originates from Mr. Haq’s extensive volunteer experience with various legal aid societies of Inland Empire and Orange County, CA, where he provided free legal help to low income members of the community, and still continues his professional relationships with his peers with whom he built a lasting relationship while he was a law student, while working as a law clerk after graduation, and through volunteer activities.
Mr. Haq provides family law representation throughout Inland Empire, Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego county, providing strategic legal solutions to his clients.
